The estate lies off Church Street, Storrington and was built by Beechcroft Developments in 2013- 2014. It comprises 20 houses and five apartments which all have a 999-year lease that commenced in September 2013. The properties are sold on the open market for independent living with an age restriction of over 55 for residents.

In addition to the properties the Estate includes extensive gardens, a field of ecological significance (Great Crested Newts) and a 29-space car park, free to residents and their visitors. The public have access to the car park, but must pay an hourly fee.

The Freehold of the estate is owned by the Orchard Garden Property Company Limited No 12082084.

Twenty two of the twenty-five property owners have entered into a Participation Agreement and are currently the shareholders in the company.

Orchard Garden Property Company has appointed Hobdens Property Management Ltd, 41a Beach Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5JA, Tel: 01903 724040, as their Managing Agent for the estate.

An Estate Manager has been appointed to work on the estate for 20 hours per week.
